With over 13 years of extensive experience, CA Nidhi Gupta is a full-time Chartered Accountancy practitioner and co-founder of N G V R and Company LLP. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2011, she holds a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI. Her expertise spans statutory and internal audits, concurrent and revenue audits, company law, income tax matters, accounts finalization, tax returns filing, and statutory compliance. She has a strong command of both direct and indirect tax matters and has worked extensively with banks and corporates.
CA Vijay Gupta

CA Vijay Gupta, the founding member of N G V R and Company LLP, is a result-oriented Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of professional experience. He holds certifications in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) and as a Certified Concurrent Auditor (CCA). His expertise includes concurrent and statutory audits of banks, direct taxation, account finalization, ROC matters, and advisory for not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, he is a trusted consultant for numerous insurance brokers and sub-brokers, bringing extensive knowledge of the insurance sector.
